1. Cross-border payment: Flashing

Flashing provides payment collection and exchange settlement services for sellers on cross-border e-commerce platforms, helping them solve the problem of low-cost repatriation of overseas funds. Merchants can choose the time for settlement at their own discretion, and the funds will be settled to the merchant's bank account in mainland China or Hong Kong, China based on the exchange rate at the settlement time.

2. International card acquiring: HollyPay

HollyPay provides foreign card acquiring services specifically for cross-border merchants, supports multi-currency payment and multi-currency settlement, and has a complete risk control system to filter out fraudulent behaviors such as stolen card payment and malicious rejection of payment to the maximum extent, thus protecting the rights and interests of merchants and consumers.

A: Yes. Flashing payment is available for companies in Hong Kong, China, companies in mainland China, and individuals. Among them, accounts in mainland China currently only support withdrawals of RMB; accounts in Hong Kong currently only support withdrawals of USD.

Q: What information do I need to submit when applying for a payment account?

A: Amazon store: You need to fill in the store name, site, and store MWS information (seller number, access key code, secret key). If the MWS information is incomplete, we cannot identify the source of your funds, and the flashing account will not be able to be credited. eBay store: You need to fill in the store name, store URL, and PayPal account.

Q: After submitting the application for a receiving account, how long will it take for the receiving account to be issued?

A: Bank approval, account number will be issued within 48 hours, and the fastest issuance will be successful within 10 minutes

Q: Can a store apply for multiple payment accounts?

A: No, you can only apply for one payment account for the same store.

Q: How long does it take for PayPal and Amazon to transfer funds to the flashing account?

A: PayPal takes 2-3 days, Amazon takes 3-5 days

Q: What exchange rate is used for flashing withdrawals?

A: RMB settlement is based on the spot foreign exchange purchase price of the Bank of China at the time of settlement (refreshed every 15 minutes).

Q: Are there any restrictions on withdrawal accounts?

A: Currently, for flashing fund withdrawals, for enterprises, withdrawals can be made to corporate public accounts and legal person private accounts; for individuals, withdrawals can only be made to personal bank cards.

Q: How long does it take for the withdrawal to arrive in my account after I apply for withdrawal?

A: After the funds arrive at the flashing account, withdrawals can be made on T0. If the withdrawal is initiated before 4 p.m., the funds will be credited to the account on the same day, within 2 hours at the fastest. If the withdrawal is initiated after 4 p.m., the funds will be credited to the account on the next day, within 24 hours.

Q: Is there any correlation between the receiving accounts of flashing?

A: There will be no association. The flashing account is only related to the merchant’s store information. If the store has no association, the flashing account will not be associated.
