Q: Is the water too cold for TUSHY Classic?

A: The water is just tap water temperature. Just a squirt of cool water on your butt is actually really refreshing on your butt after your warm poop. Think of it like having a cool glass of water on a warm summer day.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you have had your bidet replaced, please return your undamaged TUSHY bidet within 60 days of the original delivery date. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

Pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from TUSHY Support. No refunds or credits will be given if a return is sent without prior authorization.

Q: Can you ship internationally?

A: We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. There are additional shipping costs to send your TUSHY outside of the United States. Simply add your shipping address during checkout and it will automatically calculate your shipping costs. You may be charged additional import fees that TUSHY is not responsible for.

Q: What kind of box does TUSHY use to ship? Is the box very concealed?

A: All of our products will be packaged in sustainable brand TUSHY. We bet you'll tell everyone you know about TUSHY once you experience butt-shy bliss, but keep that in mind if you're a shy pee-wee or don't want to ruin the surprise.

Although the box says TUSHY, we do not include an invoice or receipt with the box, so you can give TUSHY as a gift without it feeling tacky.
