FAQ

Q: Are your meals gluten-free?

A: All of our meals are 100% gluten and peanut free. While the production facility does prepare the meals using these ingredients, it takes extreme precautions and sanitation measures under strict USDA inspection and testing.

Q: How to enjoy TGK meals?

A: When reheating meals, peel back the plastic cover at one corner to allow steam to escape. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Reheating time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave. You should always reheat food to 165 degrees. Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. Allow food to sit for 30 seconds before removing the plastic.

Q: How do I select meals for my next delivery?

A: Every Sunday, you will receive an email reminding you to select your meal by 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday for it to arrive the following Friday. To select your meal, you can click on "Manage Your TGK Subscription" then "Upcoming Orders" - Update Content - Use the "+" and "-" to edit your meal - Click Save. Your order will then be processed by 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday.

Q: How to cancel a subscription?

A: To cancel your subscription, you can log in to your TGK account and click "Manage Your TGK Subscription" and go to "Subscriptions", select the active subscription and click "Cancel" all the way at the bottom. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, any orders identified as "Processing" or "Shipped" on your order page cannot be canceled.
