Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay with ShopPay, PayPal or Weezie Gift Cards. Please note that we can only accept one payment method per order, other than gift cards.

Q: How do I cancel or update my order?

A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed after they have been placed. However, if you would like to cancel your order, please email holler@weezietowels.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to grab it before it goes into production!

Q: What certifications do your products have?

A: Our bath products are 100% OEKO-TEX® certified. OEKO-TEX® is an international 3rd party certification dedicated to testing and approving hazardous chemicals in textiles. They have gone above and beyond legal requirements to ensure that textiles that receive their label are at the forefront of safety, which means we have extensively tested our products to ensure that the cotton has not been unnecessarily treated with harmful chemicals such as pesticides and lead.
