FAQ

Q: What information do I need to prepare when I start using it?

A: You must be an Amazon Professional Seller to use Seller Investigators - we will need you to authorize us to use your Amazon Marketplace Web Services API credentials to import all of your pre-store data and add the case manager as a Seller Central user.

Q: Is my information safe?

A: Yes, we use Amazon's cloud infrastructure (AWS) with advanced security to store your information.

Q: How much is your fee?

A: We charge a 25% commission on all successful reimbursements, including inventory reimbursements. To value a unit of inventory, we use the amount that Amazon assigns a per-unit value.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Three to five business days after we open a case with Amazon Support.

Q: How can I track my compensation?

A: Your payment report shows when and how you were paid. Other transactions show all FBA inventory reimbursements. After we pay the amount, it may take up to five business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

Q: Do you automatically process submitted claims?

A: No. Per Amazon's Terms of Service, we do not automatically process any claims. Your case manager reviews each potential claim and submits the quality claim manually with accurate data.
