European e-commerce is growing rapidly, with sellers achieving monthly sales of over 150,000 US dollars within a few months!

In the wave of globalization, more and more Chinese companies are beginning to export their brands overseas and move towards the international market.

In the past, most cross-border sellers would choose the North American market first, but as the industry continues to develop, more and more sellers are beginning to pay attention to the potential of the European market.

On June 18, the European Warehouse and Distribution Merchant Invitation Conference jointly organized by Ennet and Miravia came to a successful conclusion at Lehui Center in Longgang District, Shenzhen.

The invitation-only event first introduced the overview of the European e-commerce market to the sellers: In 2024, the European e-commerce market revenue will reach 600 billion US dollars, and it is estimated to grow to 800 billion US dollars in 2028. From 2024 to 2028, the annualized growth rate of the European e-commerce market is as high as 7.62%.

By 2030, the size of the European e-commerce market is expected to catch up with that of North America. Under this trend, more and more sellers who originally focused on North America are turning their attention to Europe.

Among them, Spain is one of the most important markets in Europe. The average annual salary in its core cities reaches US$41,400, and consumers have strong purchasing power.

On the other hand, Spanish consumers' acceptance of e-commerce is increasing year by year. It is estimated that the size of the Spanish e-commerce market will reach US$46.1 billion in 2028, with huge potential for future growth.

Data shows that Spain's per capita online shopping expenditure in 2023 will increase by 100% compared to 2020. In terms of cross-border shopping, Chinese products have become the first choice of Spanish consumers.

These data show that Chinese sellers are very popular in Spain, and the current market is not saturated and is still maintaining rapid growth.

The second part of the conference introduced the Miravia platform. It was founded by Alibaba at the end of 2022. It is a comprehensive e-commerce platform that focuses on the local market in Spain and local consumers.

In just a few years, Miravia has grown rapidly and won the title of Best New Star of Spanish Local E-commerce in 2023. In November 2023, Miravia launched its first Black Friday promotion. With the help of diversified marketing activities and gameplay, the platform's sales increased by 440% compared to normal days!

Miravia will provide one-stop service for settled sellers , providing sellers with end-to-end personalized services in all aspects including technology, channels, services, marketing, warehousing and logistics.

At present, many sellers have achieved good results soon after joining. Among them, a seller opened a store in March last year, and decided to prepare warehouses after a small trial. With the support of Miravia's free delivery, the monthly sales of the single store exceeded 150,000 US dollars in just a few months.

Currently, Miravia's store types are divided into brand stores and ordinary stores. Brand stores require that the company's e-commerce sales are greater than 10 million US dollars per year and have complete EU qualification certifications, while ordinary stores have no relevant requirements.

As the main source of cross-border e-commerce shopping in Spain , China accounts for more than 50% of the global supply and is favored by the majority of Spanish consumers. Daily necessities, consumer electronics, fashion apparel, and fast-moving consumer goods are Miravia's core investment industries.

After joining the platform, merchants will be provided with platform subsidies including new customer coupons, repeat purchase coupons and free shipping subsidies, as well as marketing tools such as coupons and discounts on purchases over a certain amount.
