About Zenda

• Zenda is a UAE-based fintech startup with an eponymous app. The company was co-founded by two former McKinsey employees, Raman Thiagarajan and Haseeb Ahmed, in June 2021 and entered the Indian market in the third quarter of the same year.
• Zenda enables families to pay tuition with pay now and pay later options, unlocking rewards for paying on time. Zenda integrates with schools through its proprietary data model and API (much like Zapier) and eliminates last-mile coordination challenges and delays.
• The Zenda app allows family members to track various expense details, and supports users to choose to pay tuition and other fees from the school in cash or later. It also provides rewards for users who pay on time. When users make transactions through the Zenda app, Zenda earns a small commission; and when parents want to pay their children's education expenses on a monthly basis, Zenda earns a fee by providing credit.
