What is Rippling? Rippling Review, Features

Rippling was founded by Parker Conrad and Prasanna Sankar in 2016 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA. It is a human resources management company.

About Rippling

  • Rippling is a company that provides enterprise employee management systems, aiming to help companies better manage their staff wages, benefits, equipment and applications. Specifically, every time a company joins a new employee, it only needs to enter their information into the system, and then set up the employee's salary, health insurance and connect to third-party applications (including Gmail, Microsoft Office and Slack, etc.) in the system.

  • Rippling can set up (or disable) an employee’s payroll, health insurance, work computers, and third-party applications in as little as 90 seconds. It’s the only platform that truly unifies every employee system and automates all administrative work.

  • Rippling's business model is mainly divided into two types: one is to sell its system directly. Rippling developed an internal version of the human resources system; the other is to earn resale fees, but when corporate users purchase other corporate tools through the Rippling official website, Rippling charges these companies fees.
