This logo means that the product has one or more sustainable certifications that are beneficial to the protection of the earth and is highly recognized on the international stage.

 

Take the Anker Innovations magnetic charging treasure used by Trump some time ago as an example. After only half a year of launch, the monthly sales volume reached nearly 20,000, and it also has a small green label. Looking back further, it can be found that Anker Innovations benefited from the small green label, but it also encountered the problem of excessive time and resource consumption in the initial carbon footprint calculation and long certification time that could not keep up with the market rhythm. In terms of certification timeliness, the two schemes are almost the same. In its most recent price adjustment, Green Boat shortened the commitment period for CP and CF certification to 4 to 5 weeks. In terms of emission data, since both adopt a full life cycle accounting method, under the same source emission data and emission factors, the emission results of the two schemes are not much different. However, the Carbon Free scheme requires sellers to first contact a third party with LCA (life cycle assessment) qualifications to issue an LCA report, so special consideration needs to be given to the timeliness and cycle. If sufficient time is not reserved, the entire project cycle may be extended. In addition, certification agencies are also constantly adjusting their mechanisms to better meet the needs of Amazon sellers in China.

According to Green Boat Observation, among the top 100 Chinese cross-border e-commerce brands sold on Amazon, nearly 30% have at least one product that has obtained Amazon's "green label". As time goes by, more and more sellers are joining the green label army, and green label products are beginning to appear in a large number of categories. Among them, in the BSR list of the Webcam category, 28% of the links have green labels.

As early as 2023, the number of products with small green labels on Amazon expanded to 1.4 million, with cumulative sales reaching 1.16 billion pieces.
