After deeply understanding the consumer demand in various markets, Ryan found that Southeast Asia has huge business opportunities. Local consumers have a significant demand for home decoration products, so Ryan decided to choose this category and focus on markets such as Thailand and Vietnam.

In the early stage of store operation, on-site advertising plays a very critical role. Under the advice of Shopee's operations manager, Ryan first analyzed the popular products in the target market and prioritized advertising for these products. In order to test the advertising effect of these products, Ryan would test them one by one, and then decide whether to replace them with other products based on the advertising effect, and finally determine the products with high attention for continuous advertising.

Ryan shared his experience, "Choosing the right direction is the cornerstone of success." On this basis, he insisted on conducting in-depth research on popular products in the target market. Ryan emphasized that it is crucial to correctly understand consumer needs, and at the same time, combined with the perfect domestic supply chain, providing consumers with cost-effective products is the key. He firmly believes that excellent products themselves are the best spokespersons, so sellers should ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of the products so that the products can naturally attract and meet the needs of consumers.

 

On the other hand, Ryan advises sellers to keep updating frequently and increase the number of products. Slightly different from others, Ryan will select multiple products to advertise directly after uploading the products, so that he can quickly get orders. Then continue to optimize - if the click-through rate of some advertising links is not good, they will be suspended in time; and for links with too high click-through rates that quickly exhaust the advertising budget, corresponding adjustments will be made.

 

Ryan said that in the early stage of store operation, the core is to increase the click-through rate of products. No matter how fast the ad exposure is, there is always room for adjustment. What is really worrying is the lack of exposure, which usually means that there is a problem with the product quality. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure product quality and increase exposure and click-through rate through optimization strategies.

Ryan also emphasized the importance of logistics cost control.
