Last year, the total online retail sales in the European market was 729 billion euros, of which the fashion and beauty industry sales were 122 billion euros, accounting for 17%, and it is expected to reach 18% by 2025;
Online channels account for 22% of total fashion and beauty sales in Europe , a share that is expected to rise to 28% by 2026;
Last year, cross-border shopping platforms generated 45 billion euros in online sales of fashion and beauty products.
Another point worth noting in the report is that last year, 15.1 billion euros of the total sales of fashion and beauty online platforms were related to C2C second-hand resale platforms.
