Amazon is recruiting 250,000 people with a maximum hourly wage of 204 yuan

Insiders revealed that the average hourly wage of Amazon's grassroots employees has reached US$20.50, an increase of more than 50% in the past five years. The hourly wage in some areas has even reached US$28 (approximately RMB 204).

“The holiday season is a special time for Amazon, and we’re excited to hire an additional 250,000 people this year to help us serve customers across the country,” said John Felton, Amazon’s senior vice president of worldwide operations .
