Due to complaints about product quality, Temu sellers’ funds were frozen!

On the Internet, Temu sellers post their orders every day, with hundreds or even thousands of orders a day. However, when it comes to profits, many sellers remain silent.

After investigation, it was found that among the numerous posts showing off their orders, there were also many complaints, the most common of which was about the issue of price suppression by the platform.

Many sellers have reported that their products priced at 10 yuan became 2 yuan after being priced by the platform. Some sellers even receive thousands of orders a day but do not make much money at all.

Recently, a seller posted that he had finally made some money after working for several months, but something went wrong when he tried to withdraw the money. After trying many times, the system prompted that the withdrawal failed and the funds had been returned.

According to the seller, he had just joined Temu and had more than 10,000 yuan in his account after selling for a while. He wanted to withdraw the money first, but the system kept prompting that the withdrawal failed. So he posted a message to ask netizens what was going on.

Under the post, one netizen replied: "Be prepared to have your money deducted. There must be a quality complaint, so the platform won't allow you to withdraw money. I guess your money will be deducted soon."

Sure enough, the seller said that he had indeed received complaints about product quality recently, but he did not expect that his funds would be frozen or even deducted.

Recently, there have been frequent incidents of quality problems with Temu products. Some time ago, the Temu platform officially reported a product quality accident, and the seller involved was fined a whopping 147,000 yuan.

It is understood that in order to increase product profits, the seller secretly replaced the key component lithium battery in the product, which led to the decline in the quality of the batch of goods and ultimately caused the accident.

Some sellers believe that the frequent occurrence of such incidents is ultimately due to the platform's continuous price reduction. After all, if sellers can make money, they will definitely want to ensure product quality. However, if they cannot even guarantee their own profits, then in the long run, more and more people will definitely start to tamper with product quality.
