What is Price Specter? Price Specter Review, Features

Price Spectre was developed in 2009 by eBay's software company NullApps. It reprices products through keyword searches.

About Price Spectre

Price Spectre is an automated pricing agent for eBay and Half.com sellers. Price Spectre automatically monitors competitor listings and prices your listings based on the rules you set.

Price Spectre keeps you ahead of the competition by analyzing product prices and automatically setting your prices. If a competitor drops their price, the software will also adjust your product prices.

Pricing rules

Price Spectre will search and filter listings based on keywords.

Price Spectre will fine-tune the precise keywords used, match the corresponding products, and find out their market prices. However, the disadvantage of this tool is that sellers need to specify the keywords themselves.

Price Spectre searches for products on eBay several times a day and reprices the products based on the matching listings and the lowest selling price.

Price Spectre provides more than a dozen pricing rules that sellers can use to precisely control product prices.

If for some reason Price Spectre’s pricing rules aren’t enough for sellers, they can create their own custom pricing rules using the scripting language JavaScript.

Adjust frequency

Prices are adjusted several times a day. Premium points can be used to adjust the repricing frequency to every 15 minutes. The standard repricing frequency is based on a 4-hour interval, which is subject to change.

cost

Price Spectre is not expensive. Sellers can reprice up to 5 listings for $2.95 per month, and up to 1,000 listings for $19.95. If the listing exceeds the package, each listing will be charged $0.02. Price Spectre also provides customers with a 7-day free trial.
