Helping sellers! eBay Canada optimizes express shipping labels

Recently, eBay Canada announced that in order to make it easier for Canadian sellers to ship through FedEx , it will now integrate eBay Labels with FedEx's shipping label platform .

eBay said that the integration will enable sellers to access FedEx's domestic and international shipping tools and services, providing sellers with faster , more convenient and more affordable shipping services .

It is understood that in 2021 , eBay will officially open eBay Labels to sellers on the Canadian site . eBay Labels can print USPS and FedEx labels for sellers on eBay, automatically upload tracking information, save transportation costs, and improve delivery efficiency. In addition, using eBay Labels will automatically receive the Canada Post Small Business Level 1 discount, saving up to 45% of shipping rates compared to post offices.

The eBay Labels shipping label program is a label printing solution launched by the eBay platform that helps sellers easily manage their shipping label needs on eBay without having to create a personal account with a shipping courier .

It is reported that the specific conveniences provided by eBay Labels to sellers are:

1) All the information required to print the label (such as the buyer's address and contact information) is automatically pre-filled .

2) Tracking numbers are automatically added to orders on eBay, making it easy for buyers to keep track of logistics status and for sellers to resolve disputes.

3) eBay sellers can purchase new labels on desktop or mobile app, choosing the method that is most convenient for them.

4) eBay sellers can print multiple labels in batches to save time and resources.

For multiple orders to the same buyer, eBay sellers can save money by using the "Consolidate" feature to purchase and print only one shipping label instead of multiple labels.

In addition, eBay recently stated that it is modifying the "Seller Center" to help sellers better sell on eBay.

According to reports, eBay has redesigned the " Seller Center " page. The new page is simple and modern , allowing sellers to quickly find the information they need. In addition, sellers can also transfer to the official website of eBay Seller Center from the new page .

Meanwhile , eBay sellers can use buttons and navigation to go directly to the Tools and Features section , learn about their sales performance through the News and Updates section , and easily access other eBay resources, including videos, podcasts and social media, as well as the eBay community.

These actions taken by eBay have undoubtedly solved some problems faced by sellers during the sales and delivery process, provided more convenience for sellers, and sellers have also gained more support from these optimization processes.
