Alibaba International Station's March New Trade Festival has a good start, and the "Find a Factory" section will launch 10,000 live broadcasts

On March 1, Alibaba International Station's New Trade Festival kicked off, with the transaction conversion rate of overseas buyers reaching 141% year-on-year. On the first day of the New Trade Festival, many industry categories achieved high growth, with the top five categories with the highest year-on-year order growth being packaging machinery, men's shoes, casual bags, household cleaning tool accessories , and false eyelashes.



It is reported that a total of 47,000 merchants have signed up to participate in the Alibaba International Station New Trade Festival , bringing together 67 million products, of which 30 million products provide delivery guarantee services, and 3.6 million new products will be unveiled on the first day. During the entire New Trade Festival (March 1-31), there will be 180,000 live broadcasts to allow buyers to learn more about the products and buy them while watching.


It is worth mentioning that the Alibaba International Station New Trade Festival also launched a factory search section to meet the on-demand and high-end needs of overseas buyers. During the period, 10,000 factory live broadcasts, VR showrooms and other industry-specific services were continuously launched .


Just before the launch of this year's New Trade Festival, on the evening of February 24, Alibaba Group announced its financial report for the third quarter of fiscal year 2022 (October to December 2021). In the third quarter of Alibaba Group's fiscal year 2022, Alibaba International Station showed an overall healthy and stable business development trend.


Among them, the platform's transaction orders and overseas buyers have both achieved double-digit growth. The transaction volume of foreign trade enterprises on Alibaba International Station has increased by 50% year-on-year . At the same time, the International Station is providing foreign trade enterprises with more value-added services such as international logistics and transaction credit guarantees. Among them, Alibaba International Station's value-added service revenue has increased by 43%, driving the overall revenue growth of the International Station to 29%.
