Subsequently, eBay pointed out that the working group is currently actively investigating the reasons why Facebook deleted some eBay groups. The working group is currently in direct contact with Facebook to restore the eBay groups where sellers were deleted .
If your Facebook group is affected, eBay recommends that you contact eBay staff at [email protected] . You can provide the group name, the URL of the Facebook page that manages the group , the group URL, and any other relevant information.
In addition , eBay encourages all sellers who have proactively changed their Facebook group names to restore the old name that includes the word eBay ( within the Facebook group rules). It is worth noting that eBay also recommends that sellers learn about the relevant eBay badge to prevent similar problems.
