Dunhuang.com launches the European and American punctual special line (general + electric + special) - TY line

Yesterday, Dunhuang.com released an announcement, saying that it will launch a new high-quality route - the European and American On-Time Special Line (General + Electric + Special) -TY.

 

Dunhuang.com stated that the name of the channel is E&U Guaranteed line (G +E+S)-TY, and the English name is E&U Guaranteed line (G+E+S)-TY. The reference transportation time (natural days) is 10-20 days. The weight limit in the United States is 0-5KG, and the weight limit in France and Switzerland is 0-2KG. The attributes of the products that can be shipped are general goods, electrified goods, and you can refer to the attributes of the goods in transit.

 

There are two ways to bill this line:

(1) The freight rate displayed on the platform shall be based on the actual weighing at the warehouse. The larger value of the volumetric weight and the actual weight shall be used as the billing weight.

The specific cargo attributes of this route are as follows:

 

We do not accept items containing pure electricity, pure battery treasures, perfumes, telescopic batons, stun guns, large magnets, compressed sprays, cigarettes, lighters, controlled knives, butterfly knives, finger rings, white unknown powder, medicines, food, flammable /explosive products, seed products, cigarettes, large-capacity liquids (>250 ml), offensive weapons or weapons-like products, and any suspected gun-shaped products (including toy guns).

 

The compensation standards for lost packages on this route are as follows:

 

(1) United States

① If the package is lost before the last leg of the journey, USPS will compensate you for the lower value of the declared value in the logistics order or three times the logistics freight.

 

② If the item is lost after being picked up by USPS, the customer provides a screenshot of the refund on the platform and 80% of the screenshot amount will be compensated, with a maximum of RMB 280 per ticket. If the customer cannot provide a screenshot of the refund on the platform, compensation will be based on the lower value of the declared value of the logistics order or 3 times the logistics freight.

 

(2) France and Switzerland

① If the item is lost before the post office goes online, compensation will be based on the lower value of the declared value in the logistics order or three times the logistics freight;

 

② If the item is lost after being posted online, the customer shall provide a screenshot of the refund on the platform and compensation shall be paid at 80% of the screenshot amount, with a maximum of RMB 280 per ticket. If the customer cannot provide a screenshot of the refund on the platform, compensation shall be paid at the lower of the declared value of the logistics order or 3 times the logistics freight.

 

The compensation standards for package delay on this route are as follows:

- Service commitment delivery time: 21 natural days (calculated from the date the package enters the warehouse);

 

- If the delivery time exceeds 5 natural days, i.e. the 6th day of delay, the platform will file a claim with the service provider for orders caused by logistics timeliness;

 

- Compensation standard: Compensation will be made according to the actual freight of the order. If the delay is 1 day, 10% of the freight of the order will be compensated. The maximum compensation limit is 100% of the actual freight of the order.

 

In addition, the following points are worth noting:

- Postal service within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, etc.;

 

- PO.BOX, Amazon address is not accepted;

 

- United States: declared value ≤ 800 USD.
