This year's Double Eleven sales on Tmall and JD.com hit a new high. As sellers' marketing gradually radiates to neighboring countries, including Southeast Asia, people's shopping enthusiasm and planned spending during Double Eleven are also increasing.

 

It is understood that the categories that continue to be popular in Southeast Asia's Double Eleven this year include electronic product accessories, home furnishings, autumn and winter clothing, camping products, beauty and fast-moving consumer goods, and maternal and child products.

 

Among them, the overall sales of powerful merchants in the electronic product accessories category increased by more than 20 times compared with 9.9, and increased by more than 150 times compared with the daily sales. The sales of products including sports cameras, mobile phone accessories data cables, Bluetooth headsets, sweeping robots, etc. continued to increase compared with the 9.9 promotion.

 

At the same time, as the epidemic in Southeast Asia eases, outdoor sports and the stay-at-home economy in the region are also growing, and sports camera sales have increased by 500% compared to the 9.9 promotion.


The automobile and motorcycle accessories category at the Thailand site grew by more than 400% compared to the 9.9 promotion, and camping products grew by 100%. Gaming chairs and camping tents became hot-selling categories during Double Eleven.

 

People's long-term home life has also made people pay more attention to the quality of home life. According to Lazada, the bedroom furniture category in Malaysia has increased by 100% compared with the 9.9 promotion; the furniture category in Vietnam has increased by 150% compared with 9.9;


Moreover, consumers in the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore seemed more willing to buy new ceiling lights during the Double Eleven period, with sales of this category increasing by 1,000% year-on-year.

 

The sales of beauty and fast-moving consumer goods and skin care and beauty devices increased significantly, with sales reaching 200% of the 9.9 promotion. Among maternal and child products, baby clothing, diapers, and toys are all hot-selling categories, among which the sales of diapers and children's clothing in the Philippines increased by 100% compared with the 9.9 promotion.

 

Moreover, with the arrival of autumn and winter, clothing, mainly sweaters, hoodies, and jackets, has also grown rapidly, with sales increasing three times compared to 9.9. During the last 11th period, many Chinese products exported overseas achieved the goal of doubling their sales. By taking inventory of hot-selling categories, sellers can also better understand the consumer preferences of the target market and achieve precision marketing.
