More than 20,000 products were recalled, targeting Made in China!

In modern life, product quality and safety are increasingly being paid attention to by consumers. In recent years, there have been cases where products have been recalled or removed from shelves due to safety issues.

Recently, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that it would recall several batches of products made in China due to the risk of fire or burns.

The first is a pair of shooting earmuffs. This pair of earmuffs is a Caldwell earmuff, and the source of the recall is a rechargeable lithium battery pack inside the earmuffs.

The welding inside the battery pack casing could cause the wires to disconnect and cause the device to overheat, posing a risk of fire or burns. No injuries have been reported with the earmuffs.

There are 13,740 Caldwell earmuffs in this batch of recalls ( about 88 have been sold in Canada ), with the recall number 21-167. The brand has its own official website on Amazon, and many of its products are listed in Amazon's single category sales rankings. It is reported that the recalled shooting earmuffs were also sold on Amazon before, and the price was about $100.

In addition to this shooting earmuff, a batch of rechargeable handheld fans made in China were also recalled due to the risk of fire.

The portable rechargeable handheld fans involved in the recall come in three colors: blue, pink and purple. The fans also have a three-speed one-touch button.

The recall was caused by the fact that the lithium-ion battery of the fan can overheat when charging, posing a fire hazard. Currently, there are only two consumer reports of overheating and smoke , and no reports of injuries. It is reported that the number of fans recalled in this batch is 9,780.

As the world's largest manufacturing country, China's products are all over the world, but they are also under the attention and supervision of local regulatory agencies due to product safety and quality issues. Recently, products made in China have been frequently recalled, from children's toys and children's pajamas to floor lamps and furniture, all of which have been required to be recalled due to quality issues.

This also reminds sellers that product safety issues should not be underestimated. After all, once safety issues are involved, unqualified products will be removed from the shelves, and even the seller's account may be closed.
