Shenzhen E-Commerce Service Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the E-Commerce Service Center) was established in April 2010 with the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It is affiliated to the Shenzhen Foreign Economic and Trade Service Center. It is a third-party service platform in Shenzhen to promote the development of e-commerce and undertake the government's extended functions. It is a public service place for government-enterprise docking and industrial collaboration in the development of e-commerce in Shenzhen.

About E-commerce Service Center

The E-commerce Service Center will adhere to the purpose of "serving the government and serving enterprises", play the role of a link in promoting government-enterprise docking and industrial joint collaboration, carry out relevant business work under the guidance of the Municipal Economic, Trade and Informatization Commission, and vigorously promote and facilitate the sustained, healthy and rapid development of Shenzhen's e-commerce.

Service Scope

1. Industry research services

We will prepare to establish a think tank and industry alliance for the Shenzhen e-commerce industry research, study the key difficulties in industry development, explore industry technologies and development models, and provide relevant services for the government to formulate e-commerce industry policies and development plans and promote e-commerce applications.

2. Industry Promotion Services

Discover model cases of e-commerce development and innovation, assist the government in implementing and implementing action plans for major model projects, summarize and promote Shenzhen's innovative e-commerce models and commercial value, and promote industrial chain integration and transformation and upgrading of other industries.

3. Industrial training services

Organize e-commerce industry training, domestic and international e-commerce exchange lectures, popularize and disseminate e-commerce application knowledge, assist in e-commerce continuing education and on-the-job training, and promote enterprises to carry out e-commerce.

4. Industrial Exhibition Services

Organize and host domestic and international industry-related exhibitions, cooperation, exchange and negotiation activities, disseminate and promote industry application results, and create an environment and atmosphere for the development of the e-commerce industry.

5. Industrial talent training and certification services

In collaboration with the Shenzhen Municipal Government’s competent departments, colleges and universities, and research institutions, we will formulate standards and plans for the training of e-commerce professionals, establish an e-commerce professional qualification certification and appraisal management system, and focus on cultivating network economy talents who are familiar with both business practices and information technology.

6. Industry publicity services

Build an in-depth publicity platform for Shenzhen's e-commerce to showcase the city's e-commerce development status and progress, introduce government development plans and policy support information, and comprehensively publicize and create an industrial atmosphere.

7. Industrial Public Secretary Services

  • We provide e-commerce enterprise registration and establishment, various qualifications and formalities agency services required for enterprises to start e-commerce business, as well as e-commerce service businesses entrusted by relevant departments.
