Although consumers strongly support Amazon, its tax payment issue is still criticized. 56% of global consumers say Amazon should pay more taxes. In the United States, this figure reaches 70%. Coupled with a series of lawsuits it faces, the voices of support and dissatisfaction have made Amazon's development not as smooth as expected.
At present, it is an inevitable trend for the online market to expand and continue to develop. However, after the epidemic situation improves, some European and American consumers will turn to offline . This also reminds e-commerce platforms to be prepared , improve product quality, strengthen operational management, and operate legally and in compliance with regulations in order to maintain long-term development on the platforms. In terms of payment and delivery methods, 8% of people said they hope the platform will provide a faster delivery method, and 30% of consumers said they hope to receive 24-hour delivery service. The delivery demand has prompted Amazon, Walmart and other platforms to continuously strengthen their delivery models. Amazon's one-day delivery service and Walmart's "Globel delivery service" came into being and will continue to be optimized.
