Annual revenue is nearly 1.8 billion! Another big-name supplier of Amazon is going public on the A-share market

Yien.com learned that recently another big-name supplier of Amazon - Sanwen Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Sanwen Home Furnishing) is striving for A-share listing. It has submitted its prospectus and is currently in the inquiry stage.

 

Sanwen Home Furnishing is a major home textile export company based in Shanghai. It provides specialty home textiles, home apparel and specialty fabric products to medium and large retailers and mid-to-high-end brands around the world, including Amazon's home brands Barefoot Dreams and Vera Bradley, as well as retail giants such as Target, Nordstrom, Carrefour, Matalan, etc. Its customers are spread across more than 30 countries and regions including Europe, America, Australia, South Africa, Japan and South Korea.

 

Data shows that Sanwen Home Furnishing's main operating income in 2018-2020 was 1.08 billion yuan, 1.1 billion yuan, and 1.79 billion yuan, respectively, and its net profits were 65.9908 million yuan, 73.0252 million yuan, and 109.4465 million yuan, respectively.

 

From 2018 to 2019, Sanwen Home's main products included four categories: home textiles, home apparel, fabrics, and others. Due to the outbreak and spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020, Sanwen Home actively expanded its medical products business, seizing this rapidly growing market opportunity and earning RMB 740.0918 million in business revenue last year, accounting for 41.33% of its total revenue.

 

In addition, home textiles are also one of the main sources of income for Sanwen Home Furnishing. Last year, the revenue from this business reached 579.4567 million yuan, accounting for 32.36% of its total revenue. Last year's sales volume reached 2.1028 million pieces.

 

The reason why Sanwen Home Furnishing has achieved such impressive results and become a leader in the export home textile industry is inseparable from its core advantage in business growth - original design. The prospectus shows that during the reporting period, among the sales revenue of Sanwen Home Furnishing to the top ten customers of home textile and clothing businesses, the revenue from original design accounted for 81.65%, 76.95% and 74.77% respectively, which is a very high proportion.

 

For Sanwen Home Furnishing, by grasping customers' product needs and current fashion trends, and combining its own original designs in finished products, fabrics, patterns and styles, it has formed a unique product innovation methodology, which has brought it long-term and considerable operating income.
