eBay donates 1 million yuan to support flood prevention and disaster relief in Henan

In response to the impact of the flood disaster on the logistics delays and other impacts on the business of local cross-border e-commerce export sellers in Henan Province, the eBay platform will implement policy protection. If the seller is unable to deliver the package on time, eBay recommends that the seller can cancel the transaction after communicating with the buyer. The canceled transaction will not be included in the assessment of the global seller performance policy and the comprehensive performance policy.
