Amazon said that through Amazon's global program, sellers' Amazon Logistics (FBA) products can be sold worldwide without additional fees.


Let Amazon purchase your FBA products at a price you set , and Amazon will sell them in other Amazon stores around the world. Sellers manage the sale as a domestic FBA transaction, while Amazon handles cross-border fulfillment and costs.


Sellers can allow Amazon to list, translate, and price their products in other global Amazon stores. When a customer purchases a product, Amazon will purchase the product locally and arrange delivery at the customer's Amazon store.


For you and your customers, this is a standard domestic sale. You get the price you set for your products, without the added task of international shipping. Customers receive your products as if they ordered locally, and returns are processed locally.


The purchase appears as a domestic order on Manage Orders, with the customer name showing as Amazon.


It is important to note that Amazon only purchases sellers’ products from Amazon stores where the seller provides a VAT number in Seller Central. Sellers do not need to register as an Amazon vendor or supplier to participate, and the seller’s sales account status will not change. Here are the FAQs:


How to register?

Eligible sellers are automatically registered. To confirm the registration status, sellers need to go to Settings , select Fulfillment by Amazon , and look for Allow Amazon to Buy My Products to Sell Internationally . If this option is enabled , the seller account is registered.


If the status is "Ineligible", the account is currently ineligible.


Are there any additional charges for this plan?

There are no additional fees at this time. Sellers will pay the same fees for orders shipped domestically using FBA as they pay today for the same product.


Does Amazon pay all duties and taxes?

Amazon pays duties and taxes in the country where the product is sold to the customer . Your seller account will show domestic transactions with Amazon, and you will manage VAT like other domestic sales.


Where will Amazon sell its products?

As part of the program, sellers ’ products can be sold in any other Amazon global store, including the UK and EU, as well as other countries .


Will Amazon resell your products in a store you already operate ?

If you use the same account in the EU or link sellers ’ accounts across regions, Amazon will not resell your products where they are already sold .


How to handle customer returns?

Items in sellable condition will be returned to the seller 's domestic inventory warehouse for resale. A credit note will be issued for each item returned. For more information, see the FBA Customer Return Policy.

Can I tell the difference between an Amazon purchase and a customer purchase?


Yes. On the Manage Orders page, Amazon will appear as the customer name for orders sold through the program.
