Sber Bank announced that "InSales has joined the Sber ecosystem and the two parties to the transaction have signed legally binding documents." Sber Bank will acquire 80% of InSales' shares, and the remaining 20% will be held by its three founders and senior management.

According to reports, the acquisition will be completed in the second quarter of this year.

It is worth mentioning that Sber Bank and InSales plan to develop the platform, expand the list of offered services, enter new market segments, and in the near future use it as a single tool to manage the online services of all e-commerce or online stores.

Sber Bank seems to be optimistic about the development of InSales. Anatoly said that as of now, InSales has more than 8,000 active sellers, and in the past year, the company's total turnover exceeded 58 billion rubles (about 4.9 billion yuan). He added: "We expect the scale of InSales' business to grow exponentially in the next few years."

At the same time, Sber Bank also has a huge customer base. Anatoly said that Sber Bank has more than 2.5 million individual legal entities, and incorporating InSales into the Sber ecosystem will provide new opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Timofey Gorshkov, CEO and co-founder of InSales , said: "In the past year and a half, e-commerce platforms have become a new channel for online sales, and new technologies and new forms have made qualitative breakthroughs. As a technology company, InSales provides these technologies to a wide range of manufacturers and retailers, eliminating technical barriers. "

Founded in 2008, InSales develops innovative software for e-commerce entrepreneurs in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. It is also the leader of Russian SaaS CMS platforms, focusing on working with small and medium-sized business clients. InSales provides them with website design, content development, inventory and order management, delivery logistics and payment solution integration.
