Panic! $1,400 has been received, Easter is coming, but a large number of sellers' shipments have been cancelled for no reason

Not only that, the upcoming Easter and Mother's Day are also worth looking forward to, but at this critical moment, Amazon is not doing well!

Shipments from sellers on the US site were canceled without reason!

In the past two days, many sellers on the US site said that the shipments created around March 15 were cancelled by Amazon one after another starting from March 17. Many sellers also received an email like this↓

Dear Sales Partner :

Hello! We are contacting you because your shipment exceeds the available ASIN storage capacity we have for your account. To ensure we provide the best service to all buyers and sellers, we have canceled these shipments. The designated fulfillment center will not prepare these shipments and may refuse them.

From this email, it can be seen that the reason why Amazon canceled the shipment is that the seller’s shipment exceeded the storage capacity of the available ASIN, and even if the goods arrived, the warehouse might not accept them.

However, sellers do not buy the reason given by Amazon!

Seller A: I have not violated any regulations, nor have I exceeded any shipping restrictions!

Seller B: I don’t know what Amazon is doing. My shipments do not exceed the inventory capacity of the ASIN. I opened a case but there has been no response yet. If this continues, I will become an old man.

Seller C: The goods shipped before the New Year have not arrived yet, and the goods shipped after the New Year have been cancelled. I am so upset. Please save the children!

In the seller groups and forums, there are also many sellers who are dissatisfied and confused

Through understanding, the editor found that the sellers whose shipments were cancelled were divided into two groups. One group had shipments in transit that were cancelled, and the other group had shipments that were just created but not shipped and were cancelled ...

So, after a shipment is cancelled, all sellers can do is sit back and wait for it to happen?

Newly created shipments will not be cancelled?

In response to these issues, many sellers insisted that they had never exceeded the inventory capacity of ASIN, so they opened a case with customer service.

The customer service only said that if the shipment quantity is large, it is recommended to send less, and the reason for the cancellation of the shipment is unknown. The key is that if you create a shipment later, the chance of it being cancelled is still very high!

The customer service above said that if you create a shipment again, it will still be cancelled, but the customer service below doesn’t say that - it may also be accepted for you. According to feedback from previous sellers, most warehouses still accept it.

The sellers are anxious and doubting their lives, and the customer service replies are different. Amazon's actions are definitely aimed at affecting the sellers' mentality.

In the seller group, the editor also saw several sellers’ feedback :

1. The shipment created on March 5 was replenished through the overseas warehouse. After two shipments were cancelled, the warehouse still received it normally.

2. Try to recreate it after cancellation. No abnormality has been found so far.

Some sellers have summarized that the warehouses whose shipments were canceled include ONT8, MDW2, IND9, MQJ1, GYR3+ and CLT21. Among them, ONT8 is the hardest hit area, which makes many sellers wonder if the US site has been overwhelmed again!

Amidst the suspicions, the seller sent the latest reply from customer service!

Customer service said that Amazon’s technical department is urgently handling the issue of canceled shipments, and it will not affect newly created FBA shipments for the time being .

Well, fellow sellers, you can calm down your restlessness for now, and all you can do next is try and wait.
