Before the Spring Festival, Wish released a detailed description of its fulfillment policy for the "secondary warehouse". While canceling a number of policies including "compensation for delayed confirmation of successful delivery", it also relaxed the limit on the "maximum number of days for successful delivery" of orders.
Wish said it will continue to support sellers in completing order delivery as quickly as possible and will pay more attention to relevant indicators of order fulfillment .
At the same time , the Wish platform once again updated Merchant Policy 13: Warehouse Fulfillment Policy .
The updates include the name change of “Warehouse Delayed Orders” and the addition of Merchant Policy 13.4.
To facilitate sellers’ understanding, in Merchant Policy 13, the original term “warehouse delayed order” has been updated to “warehouse delayed delivery” , and the “warehouse order delay rate” has been updated to “warehouse delayed delivery rate” .
The platform said that this update highlights the original meaning of the term, which is to reflect the logistics delivery status of the warehouse, not just the logistics delivery status of the order itself.
The policy shows that for orders with poor delivery time performance in the "secondary warehouse", an important evaluation indicator for whether payment is normal is the "warehouse delayed delivery rate" (that is, the original "warehouse order delay rate"). The platform attaches importance to the overall logistics delivery situation of the warehouse, and also encourages everyone to pay attention to the logistics management of each product.
Regarding the withholding of order payments, Wish has added Merchant Policy 13.4 based on the original merchant policy to encourage everyone to actively manage order logistics.
If 24 consecutive weeks (Monday to Sunday) have passed since the order payment was first withheld , and the seller still does not meet the payment conditions (that is, the order payment has been withheld for 24 weeks) , the order will not be eligible for payment.
According to the requirements of Merchant Policy 13.2 and the instructions of Merchant Policy 13.4 , if a "Secondary Warehouse" order does not meet the loan conditions, the relevant loan will be withheld for at least 12 weeks .
After the withholding period expires, Wish will evaluate the payment terms of the order based on the warehouse's "Warehouse Delayed Delivery Rate" performance. If the performance is poor, the withholding will continue .
After the second suspension, Wish will continue to evaluate the warehouse's "Warehouse Delayed Delivery Rate" performance. If the performance meets the requirements during this period, the order will be eligible for payment . If the "Warehouse Delayed Delivery Rate" performance is poor for 24 consecutive weeks (including the 12 weeks of the first suspension), it does not meet the payment conditions and the order will no longer be eligible for payment .
In response to the new merchant policy, sellers must continue to maintain good order logistics performance to avoid unnecessary losses while allowing their stores to continue to develop healthily. Wish Platform Policy Seller |
