OOGarden ’s focus on controlling its entire value chain, from sourcing to delivering orders, offers a unique “business model” in many ways , which has been a key to its success in 2020.

The first is a fleet of trucks that is managed in-house. In most cases, OOGarden outsources its deliveries and goes through suppliers, with OOGarden organizing the deliveries itself. " We started with about 10 trucks and have grown to 60 now , and next month we will have 70 , " said founding chairman Sylvain Le Gu .

He added: “We deliver a lot of heavy goods, with 70% of our parcels weighing over 30 kilograms. ” OOGarden’s delivery system helped fuel its 2020 performance growth.

On the other hand, OOGarden has 8 warehouses in France , including Lille, Nantes, Meade, Dijon, Chateau Gaillard, Aix-en-Provence, Nimes and Toulouse ; and one warehouse in Germany, Düsseldorf.

For OOGarden, its warehousing and logistics system is very sound, which is very beneficial to the development of its e-commerce.

At the same time, OOGarden strives to develop its own brand. For OOGarden , it is important to establish its own brand in time to attract more customers and bring better prices to customers.

" Currently , our own brands represent 55% of our sales and we will see that reach 70% or more," said founding chairman Sylvain Le Gué .
