Looking only at mobile shopping, there is a clear upward trend in food services (96.1%), home appliances / electronic products / communication equipment (71.5%), and beverages and food (59.5%) .

Specifically in food services , mobile shopping transactions accounted for 96.6% of all online shopping transactions , as evidenced by the fact that the vast majority of food orders are made using mobile delivery apps .

By business type, online shopping transactions amounted to 11.13 trillion won, up 34.6% from last year . Transactions in online and offline shopping malls fell 2.7% to 3.91 trillion won . It is calculated that online shopping transactions accounted for 29.9% of retail sales .
