Sarah LaFleur, founder and CEO of MMLafleur, used to work in finance and her wardrobe was filled with typical workaday women's clothing. At that time, she dreamed of providing herself and all working women with a more practical and inspiring wardrobe. MMLafleur's core belief is that the world becomes a better place when women succeed in the workplace.

Q: How does the MM styling team know what I like?

A: The styling team keeps a file of all the information you share with us. This may include your body type, the climate you live in, past orders, color aversions, sleeve length preferences, your favorite ice cream flavor, and more. The more you share with us, the better we can determine what will work for you.

Q: How do promotional credits work?

A: If you apply a promotional code or referral points to your order, our system will prorate the discount among each eligible item in your order. If you return any discounted item, we will refund the amount you paid to your original form of payment.

Q: Can I modify my order after submitting it?
