Development History

-In 2014, TheLorry was established.

-In 2015, raised $150,000 from KK Fund.

-In 2016, we raised $1.5 million from SPH Ventures and Elixir Capital to expand our operations to Singapore and our team to 30 people.

-In 2018, it received strategic investment from Unilever and expanded its business to Thailand and Indonesia.

-In April 2019, TheLorry announced the completion of a US$5.85 million Series B financing round, led by Malaysian early-stage venture capital fund FirstFloor Capital, followed by Malaysian venture capital fund PNB-INSPiRE Ethical Fund, Malaysian early-stage venture capital fund Cradle Seed Ventures, Malaysian venture capital fund Axiata Digital Innovation Fund and original investor Singaporean venture capital fund SPH Ventures. The company said it plans to use the funds to strengthen its business in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
