Supplier admission standards

1. Supplier Type:

·Processing and production factories;

·Wholesalers or distributors with agency or authorization certificates;

·Trading companies familiar with cross-border e-commerce operations;

Individual sellers whose delivery dates and products meet the requirements.

2. Requirements on supplier qualifications:

·Hold a business license that has completed the most recent annual inspection, with the business scope in the field of consumer goods, and the business activities do not exceed the business scope approved by its business license;

"Supplier Information Application Form";

Business license (must have completed the most recent annual inspection and the business scope must include the products sold);

·Tax Registration Certificate (either national tax or local tax);

·Copy of the latest annual inspection certificate of “Organization Code”.

In addition, you will also need to be able to provide the following services:

Stable supply capacity, strict quality control process, and professional after-sales service;

Accept small batches and frequent purchases, and support on-site inspection;

·Delivery time is within 3 days after ordering, suppliers with standing stock are preferred, and appropriate adjustments can be made outside Guangdong Province;

Incoming goods requirements: Can assist in attaching SKU labels on product packaging and meet the different delivery requirements of overseas warehouses;

· Provide the packing list and delivery note required by the company each time, and deliver the goods to the company's designated warehouse;

·Payment terms: Delivery before payment, monthly settlement preferred;

·Suppliers who issue invoices according to the company's requirements are given priority.

Development History

-In September 2015, it was established in Oriental Technology Building with more than 30 employees.

-In September 2016, the company was established in Shenzhen and grew in Kexing Technology Park, with the number of employees reaching more than 280.

-In June 2017, based in Shenzhen Animation Park, the number of employees reached more than 1,000.

Financing

In August 2017, Cuckoo announced that it had completed a round of A+ financing of tens of millions of RMB. This round of financing was led by Shenzhen Lihe Venture Capital and followed by Lihe Hongxin.
