Development History

-In 2000, the online platform YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP was officially launched

-In 2006, the first online flagship store, marml.com, powered by YOX Group, was launched and the first mobile task force was established

-In 2007, NET-A-PORTER launched its first promotion of "same-day delivery"

-In 2008, YOOX launched the "See Now, Buy Now" feature

-In 2009, ECOBOXTM and YOOXO were launched, becoming the first online shop-in-shop dedicated to sustainable fashion, and launching an iPhone application with NET-A-PORTER. In the same year, YOOX was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange on December 3, becoming the only company to go public in Italy in 2009.

-In 2010, YOOX opened an office and distribution center in China combining RFID technology and automation

-In 2011, MRPORTER, the global men’s fashion retail destination, was launched.

-In 2012, YOOX partnered with Kering to create a single-brand store dedicated to managing the brands of the French luxury group

-In 2013, the first shoppable video "Dinner in Milan" was launched

-2017, launch of state-of-the-art technology center in London and opening of new local offices and distribution centers

- In 2018, YOOX NET-A-PORTER became part of the Richemont Group. NET-A-PORTER launched Porter Digital, providing original Porter content online every day, while YOOX launched 8 by YOOX, a free brand driven by artificial intelligence. In the same year, the YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group partnered with Alibaba Group to strengthen global services for NET-A-PORTER and MRPorter Chinese customers.
