The China Cross-border E-commerce Professional Committee was established in Beijing on June 21, 2000. It was applied for by the Ministry of Information Industry, approved by the State Council, and supported by a national social organization registered and approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Its business activities are guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and supervised by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
