-In 2016, Meteor Cross-border Sales Operation Team was established to help Hangzhou local chamber of commerce enterprises provide cross-border sales and operation services;

- In 2017, Liuxing was recognized by Hangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone as the first batch of cross-border e-commerce training bases in the country;
