What is Impossible Foods? Impossible Foods Review, Features

Impossible Foods is a vegan meat startup founded in California in 2011. It is committed to replacing animal food with plant-based food. That is, it uses biochemical technology to turn plants into meat ingredients, while maintaining the "delicious taste and texture of animal products" while removing chemicals such as cholesterol, hormones and antibiotics.

About Impossible Foods

It is difficult for people to give up unhealthy foods unless there are equally delicious alternatives. This is what the American artificial meat company Impossible Foods is trying to create. With the help of more than 50 scientists, engineers, farmers and chefs, Impossible Foods claims to be studying animal products at the molecular level in order to use plants to "reproduce" the wonderful and complex experience of meat and cheese.

Impossible Foods’ Mission

Providing people with great gourmet taste and nutrition, they do not rely on animals and have no negative health and environmental impacts.
