Q: Why are there multiple charges on my credit card?

A: Orders may be split into multiple shipments and we only charge you when the items are shipped. The sum of these smaller shipments should be added to the original order amount.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel an order shipped within the United States on the order confirmation page after submission or by logging into your account. Look for the order in your order status, if the "Cancel Order" button is disabled, the cancellation window has passed and your order is not eligible for cancellation. We are unable to cancel orders that have passed this time period. If we are able to cancel your order, your payment method will not be charged. Please note - we are unable to cancel international orders.
