A: All you need to do is sell the product to the end consumer and that is where we can help you do that.

We take MAP seriously and have invested heavily in our ability to manage it for you. Our technology allows us to monitor every seller in our network. This includes monitoring the price at which they sell your products.

If we discover that any of our sales network is in violation of MAP, we will first warn them, and if they continue to violate MAP, we will remove their ability to purchase your brand's products.

Q: What if we don’t want to sell on Amazon and go direct to consumer?

A: We know the Amazon platform as well as anyone in the world because we have been sellers on the platform. We can help you register your brand and put it behind the gate to eliminate unauthorized sellers from even being able to sell your products unless they get your permission or buy through an authorized reseller of your product.

We will help you manage the entire process, and if we are able to become the exclusive reseller on the Amazon marketplace, it will be virtually impossible for unauthorized sellers to gain access to sell your branded products.

Q: Where is your warehouse?

A: We are located in Jacksonville, Florida, right off the I95 Interstate exit. Our warehouse is set up to receive your shipments and prepare them to be sent to the Amazon Fulfillment Network, which in turn handles fulfillment to the end customer.

Q: What kind of marketing support do you provide?

A: If you choose to work with us as a direct-to-consumer partner, we will take care of everything from registering your brand, building your storefront, optimizing your images, and optimizing your titles and descriptions. In addition, as we optimize your listings, we can also help manage pay-per-click campaigns to help drive sales of your newly optimized products.

A: In 2013, we started as a seller on the Amazon marketplace, using brick-and-mortar retailers as our fulfillment system.

In addition to technology, our team has over 100 years of combined experience and are experts in policy and how to maintain healthy account metrics on the platform. Q: Do you provide real-time reporting?

A: We do have some "near real-time" reporting of sales through our network.

As we work together, we can create additional reports with you as needed.

Q: Is your company responsive to customer questions?

A: We continue to provide consistent and reliable fulfillment services, which are built on our customer-centric account management. Under this framework, each account is assigned a dedicated account service team consisting of at least two people.

Each team is led by a Project Manager who is the primary liaison between Ecom Solutions and the client's Project Coordinator. In addition, each team is supported by the entire Ecom Solutions organization. This allows each project to be effectively managed by a Project Manager but supervised and handled by our support team and ensures a reliable and responsive service.
