Q: How does the 4-week trial work?

A: The best way to know if Stamps.com is right for you is to try it. That's why we offer a 4-week trial to new customers. Take a full 4 weeks to give Stamps.com a try. If for any reason you decide Stamps.com isn't right for you, simply cancel online or call to close your account before your trial ends and you won't be charged. If you continue to use Stamps.com after your trial ends, you will be charged $17.99 per month for Stamps.com service (including the first month) plus applicable taxes, if any.

Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: There is no contract with Stamps.com, so you can leave at any time. Cancel online or call us directly toll-free at 855-608-2677, Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm Pacific Time. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Q: Do I need to buy any special equipment?

A: No. All you need is your computer and printer and Stamps.com. You can print on plain paper, your own envelopes or labels, or our NetStamps labels, and you can use them just like regular stamps.

Q: Does Stamps.com run on a Mac?

A: Yes! We love "Mac" people. Mac users can use our web-based version called Stamps.com Online. With Stamps.com Online, you can print stamps, envelopes, and shipping labels directly from your web browser.

Stamps.com also has built-in Mac-compatible shipping software through our partners TrueShip and ShipStation.

Q: Does Stamps.com support ODBC connections to my database?

A: Yes. Stamps.com can extract order or customer information from almost any database, from Excel to SQL. Stamps.com will also create an export file that includes the mailing class, mailing date, shipping cost, and tracking number.
