A: Yes, Uala is regulated by the Financial Information Unit (UIF). Uala is an obligated subject of the FIU and therefore, Uala complies with the requirements of FIU Resolution 76/2019.

Q: What can I buy with the Uala Virtual Card?

A: Uala virtual card is only used for online payment.

Q: How much available balance do I have to purchase with my UalaMastercard prepaid card?

A: The available balance you have to buy is the balance that has been deducted from your Uala account. You can see it from the "Start" of the Uala app. You can view it by entering the Uala app with your username and password and see the amount you can buy.

Q: Can I cancel my Uala loan early?

A: Yes, you can cancel your loan at any time by paying the full amount through the Uala app. There are no additional fees for cancellation.

Q: How many times can I withdraw money in a day? What is the withdrawal limit of Rapipago?

A: At Rapipago, you can withdraw up to 15,000 USD twice a day. There is a maximum of 8 withdrawals per month.
