Wish Express (abbreviated as WE) is Wish's overseas warehouse project, launched in November 2016. Products in the Wish Express project must be delivered to users within 5 working days. Merchants will gain additional benefits from this project, such as more traffic. If a merchant joins the Wish Express project and the delayed arrival rate of the merchant is greater than 5%, all of the merchant's products will be deleted.
Requirements for joining Wish Express Wish Express is a single product delivery to a single country, which has two requirements: 1. Complete delivery within 5 working days. 2. The order must have valid tracking information.

Delivery time limit regulations 1. “Working days” will only include Monday to Friday; Saturday will no longer be counted as a “working day”. 2. The delivery time will vary depending on the country of delivery. 3. Merchants who join Wish Express will be placed into a “trial” period before their products receive the Wish Express badge. Note: Countries where delivery within 5 working days is not required Return Policy Only Wish Express products shipped to the United States are eligible for this return program. Please review the following terms: Wish will prepare labels for customers, and the cost of the labels will be borne by the merchant; The merchant will bear the cost of returns due to any reason; Merchants cannot appeal the refund liability when returning goods; The return label fee will be deducted from the merchant's account balance. The return label fee for the United States is $6.25 per order.

Sellers can manage inventory of the same product with different delivery methods (domestic direct delivery or overseas warehouse delivery) separately. 3. Wish Express Registration Process 1. On your merchant backend homepage, you can see a text box for joining Wish Express. Click "Learn More". 2. Then jump to the page below to learn more about Wish Express and click "Join Now". 3. Click "Accept and Register" to accept the terms of service. 4. Select the country you can deliver to within 5 days or faster and click "Apply for registration now". 5. After completing the above steps, you have successfully registered for the Wish Express program. Your Wish Express program application will be reviewed by your account manager and you will be contacted within 3 working days. If your application status is delayed, please contact your account manager directly for confirmation. After that, you can add and delete Wish Express products by contacting your Wish account manager. By clicking the "View All Products" function in the merchant backend, you can view the products with a blue "Wish Express" mark below the product ID, which are Wish Express products.
renew 1. Wish will evaluate whether the merchant's Wish Express performance meets the standards based on a single country dimension. 2. If the order is not confirmed to be delivered in time (based on the destination country), the merchant will be fined 20% of the order amount or US$5, whichever is higher. 3. For orders from the United States that do not meet the standards, the amount of penalty exemption is 1% of the total amount of Wish Express orders from the United States during the assessment period; for orders from other countries that do not meet the standards, we will calculate the penalty based on the individual country dimension, and the amount of penalty exemption is 2% of the total amount of Wish Express orders during the assessment period (applicable to orders generated on or after 00:00 on June 4, 2018, UTC. The new policy will replace the original policy of "the first 5% of delayed orders sorted by time" for delayed orders from the United States). 4. If the order has not been confirmed as delivered by the logistics service provider within 5 working days after the delivery requirement in the destination country, it will not be eligible for loan. 5. For European-bound orders, local European holidays will not be considered working days. 6. Orders fulfilled and confirmed by specific logistics service providers before the end of the next business day after the order is fulfillable (based on UTC 23:59:59 PM) will be exempt from fines.
