Trust transaction process

  1. The buyer places an order after receiving the payment link.
  2. After the order is placed, the buyer uses the payment service provided by OnePaid to complete the payment.
  3. After OnePaid receives payment from the buyer, it notifies the merchant to ship the goods.
  4. The merchant sends the goods and notifies the buyer through the system that the goods have been shipped.
  5. The transaction is completed when the buyer presses the confirmation button after receiving the goods, or does not request a return or delayed payment within the trust guarantee period (seven days).
  6. The funds collected by OnePaid will be transferred to the merchants according to the operating schedule of each financial institution. Merchants can confirm the funds and apply for withdrawal in the backend.
