Privalia is a Spanish online fashion store and fashion flash sale website, with business mainly covering Spain, Italy, Brazil and Mexico.

Privalia was founded in Spain in 2006. In April 2016, Ventre-Privee, a French e-commerce giant, acquired Privalia.

Privalia is a limited-time discount website. Each brand has a discount period of 3 to 5 days, and the promotion is through inviting registered members.

Mobile terminals account for a high proportion: 80% of traffic comes from mobile terminals, and 70% of orders come from mobile terminals. As the earliest website to invest in the development of mobile terminal shopping in Southern Europe, Privalia currently has obvious advantages in mobile terminals, with 26 million APP downloads;

The website is localized: for example, the Spanish site only serves Spanish consumers, and the Italian site only serves Italian consumers.

70% of Privilia's customers are women aged 30-45. 6% of the customers are middle- and upper-middle-income groups, with monthly incomes ranging from 1,200 to 2,500 euros. One-third of the customers are mothers.


Entry conditions and main requirements

1. The sellers who join the platform must be brand owners or sellers who have obtained brand sales license;

2. The minimum number of product SKUs is 300;

3. The product price must be reasonable and a discount must be set on the platform. The minimum discount is 30%. Products with a discount of 50% or more can participate in platform promotions;

4. The seller must ensure that the product is delivered to the customer within 5 working days;

5. Sellers must provide feedback to customers via email within 24 hours and provide customer service in Spanish or Italian;

6. The order fulfillment rate is at least 98%;

7. The return rate must be less than 8%.

There are no monthly fees for the Privilia platform; fees are commission-based: 5%-20% of sales commissions are charged.
