It is estimated that in the first quarter of 2024 , UGREEN's operating income will be 1.286 billion yuan, a change of 27.17% over the same period last year; it is estimated that the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners after deducting non-recurring gains and losses in the first quarter of 2024 will be 101 million yuan, a change of 17.11% over the same period last year.

 

In the past three years, UGREEN's sales were RMB 344,634.57 million, RMB 383,932.14 million and RMB 480,264.62 million, with an average annual compound growth rate of 18.05%. In terms of categories, transmission, audio and video, and charging products are the main revenue categories, with revenues of RMB 144,471.46 million, RMB 94,987.60 million and RMB 155,718.17 million in 2023, respectively.

 

In terms of profit, in 2022 and 2023 , UGREEN's net profit attributable to the parent company's owners (the lower of before and after deducting non-recurring gains and losses) will be RMB 301.6779 million and RMB 366.7111 million, respectively. Considering the large number of market participants and sufficient competition in the field of 3C consumer electronics products , this data is not bad.

 

Profits are closely related to sales costs such as platform service fees and logistics fees. Yienjun learned that GreenLink’s logistics costs mainly include transportation fees, express fees and freight insurance.

 

 

From 2021 to 2023, logistics costs were RMB 436,809,800, RMB 427,595,900 and RMB 519,756,800 respectively, accounting for a high proportion of the main business costs. Platform service fees ( including sales commissions, service fees, warehousing fees, etc. ) were RMB 233,614,500, RMB 228,138,600 and RMB 328,668,600 respectively, accounting for 11.01%, 10.34% and 11.85% of the online B2C revenue in each period.
