Complaints

1. In May 2017, because a third-party merchant on Amazon used the "VR BOX" trademark of Wow Virtual Reality Inc. to sell products, Wow Virtual Reality Inc. filed a lawsuit in the California District Court, claiming trademark infringement. The defendant was Amazon, not the seller on Amazon.

WOW Virtual Reality said that most of the allegedly infringing sellers were designated as "Amazon Prime" or "Fulfillment" on Amazon. These allegedly infringing sellers can give Amazon a larger share of sales commissions than ordinary sellers. Many infringing sellers continue to sell pirated products on Amazon. Amazon did not remove these sellers for its own benefit. WOW Virtual Reality filed a claim against Amazon for infringement and unfair competition. They hope to prohibit these pirated sellers from using the "VR BOX" trademark on the Amazon website.

2. In April 2018, Epstein Drangel LLP filed a new case, VR BOX, involving platforms such as Dunhuang, AliExpress, Alibaba, and Wish, freezing a total of 263 sellers.

VR BOX has 2 cases this time, and the case parameters are as follows:
