Alibaba International Station Logistics Tracking Platform with Intelligent Visibility for the Entire Cross-Border Logistics Process is Launched

Recently, the logistics tracking platform of Alibaba International Station was launched , supporting convenient track query, one-click sharing of buyers, active warning of abnormal shipments , etc. It will provide small and medium-sized foreign trade companies with multi-dimensional , efficient and convenient track tracking query, and truly achieve intelligent visualization of the entire logistics process.

Currently, the platform covers more than 220 countries and regions around the world, over 1,500 global mainstream logistics carriers , and supports more than 20 languages .

The reporter logged into the logistics tracking platform ( https://track.alibaba.com/ ) and found that he only needed to select a logistics carrier and then enter the logistics order number to conveniently query the latest logistics track information. It also supports batch import queries and one-stop tracking of all packages in transit.

Taking into account the needs of foreign trade merchants, the track information supports one-click generation of detail page links to share with buyers, or actively pushes track details through self- associated mailboxes to notify buyers of logistics progress in real time. In addition, the logistics tracking platform supports the identification of logistics anomalies at key nodes , and will actively warn users to make delivery and receipt more secure.

" Whoever has high-quality logistics has the key to fast transactions . " Fang Zefu, general manager of Shenzhen Miancheng Technology Co., Ltd. , said that currently 90% of the company's orders are shipped using Alibaba International Station Logistics . In addition to abundant transportation capacity and convenient price inquiry, the full-process visual route tracking service provided by Alibaba International Station Logistics is one of the important reasons. " Both we and the buyers can clearly understand the transportation status of the goods , and everyone feels at ease. "

Since the launch of Alibaba.com logistics, a sub-brand of its logistics business, in March last year, Alibaba International Station has promoted intelligent visibility of cross-border logistics throughout the entire process. This is a rapidly upgraded and iterated digital experience of the International Station, and is also one of the six major logistics services launched by the International Station in May and June.

At present, the service is open to all foreign trade companies. Express delivery inquiries are already online, and related inquiries such as sea and air transportation will be launched online one after another.
