Temu starts weekly bidding, non-participating products may be removed from the shelves

The notification received by the seller mentioned: According to the platform rules, the following products have been included in the bidding process. Please confirm and send samples as soon as possible. The end time of this round of bidding is 23:59:00 on May 18, 2023. Failure to operate within the deadline may result in removal from the shelves or suspension of replenishment.
Bidding rules : 1. Bidding for the same product will be conducted once a week, and the bidder with the lowest price will win (Monday morning 9:00-Thursday night 23:59); 2. After the system automatically initiates the bidding, you need to confirm the invitation in time. Failure to confirm in time will result in bidding failure; 3. Products that fail to win the bid will be restricted by the platform from stocking and launching new products, while products that win the bid will not be restricted.
The sellers who received the notification were stunned: "The platform requires everyone to compare prices every week. Who can stand this? How can we continue to operate in the future?"
Seller Wanli said that Temu has always paid the most attention to sellers' prices, and has been rectifying the early legacy products that the platform believes are overpriced. Its goal is to bring the products to the lowest price.

This time, the platform may feel that the sellers’ price reduction is not enough, so it directly launched the most ruthless and ultimate price-cutting policy, and the winner with the lowest price can enjoy the traffic exclusively.
