2. Currently, unshipped packages can be sent to Shopee Dongguan warehouse. Please check whether the settings of Seller Center > Logistics Settings > Default Transfer Warehouse are correct in time.
Currently, free collection and delivery point services have been restored in Guangdong Province (except for the epidemic-controlled areas). Sellers who deliver to Shopee Dongguan warehouse need to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate no more than 24 hours ago , a green health code, and normal body temperature monitoring in the park before entering. From now on, the temporary delivery address will be cancelled and no packages will be accepted.
In addition, Lazada also announced that the Shenzhen distribution center will resume operations from 00:00 on March 21, and can receive goods and arrange subsequent operations normally. From now on, merchants can resume delivery to the Shenzhen distribution center. Merchants who deliver goods by themselves are required to show a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate, take temperature, and wear masks.
Lazada said that the parcels that were previously temporarily stored at the Shenzhen distribution center have been arranged for shipment. In addition, Lazada emphasized that it is recommended not to make any adjustments to the parcels that have been sent to the Yiwu distribution center, and just pay attention to the logistics status. After the parcel arrives at the Yiwu distribution center, it will be received and shipped as usual.
Lazada said that with the changes in epidemic prevention and control policies, the areas that can provide official collection have expanded compared to before. It is recommended to maintain close communication with collection drivers, nearby STO outlets, and collection points in a timely manner to complete order handover as soon as possible.
Merchants in non-medium- and high-risk areas and in lockdown, control, and prevention areas, please fulfill orders in a timely manner to avoid the impact of on-time delivery rate and cancellation rate due to untimely delivery; if the upgrade of control measures in individual non-medium- and high-risk areas affects the delivery timeliness, you can contact customer service, submit supporting materials, and apply for an extension of the fulfillment timeliness.

UPS said that based on the latest notices from the Shenzhen and Dongguan municipal governments on epidemic prevention and control, UPS will resume export pickup and import delivery services in Shenzhen and Dongguan from March 21, 2022. The above changes do not require sellers to do anything, and the platform will automatically set them.
Orders that cannot be fulfilled after more than 12 days will still be recorded as overdue orders and will be included in the merchant's fulfillment performance evaluation. The platform will close orders that have not been fulfilled for an extended period of time, and platform-closed orders will be included in the merchant's cancellation rate.
It should be noted that orders from overseas warehouses are not within the scope of extended fulfillment. If the impact of the epidemic exceeds March 31, the platform will notify you separately.
