Etsy investigates sellers? The authenticity of the email is questioned

Recently, some Etsy sellers abroad claimed that they received an investigation email from the platform, but they doubted the authenticity of the email.

Some sellers said that Etsy only investigated the sellers for a short period of time . The seller said that he recently received an investigation report from Etsy, which looked very legitimate. Some sellers believe that it may be because people have criticized unpopular features of the platform , such as Etsy's star seller program , the end of telephone support for sellers , refunds to customers from seller accounts , and cancellations of orders after shipment .

The Star Seller Program in the above-mentioned function caused a lot of heated discussion last year . Many foreign sellers expressed dissatisfaction with it.
